IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE?
We are conscious of the importance of security on the Internet. For this reason, Lotus Linens uses secure payment systems with confidential payment details transmitting directly in an encrypted manner.
HOW DO I PURCHASE OR ADD TO MY SHOPPING BAG?
From the home page, click on a product or one of the product categories. Then, when reviewing a product in any of the ranges: -
- To select a size, simply click on the appropriate size button.
- Then, add the item to your shopping bag by clicking “add to shopping bag”.
- The item will appear in your shopping bag and be shown on the screen. This will always be shown when you are in any part of the Lotus Linens website to remind you of what you have ordered.
- If another size is required in that style, follow the steps above and it will also be included in your shopping bag.
- You may remove any selected style by clicking on the “bin” icon in your shopping bag at any time.
- Once you are happy with all your purchases, click on the “checkout” icon to continue processing your order.

PLEASE NOTE: THE CHARTS BELOW ARE INTENDED ONLY AS A GUIDE TO ASSIST IN CHOOSING A CORRECT SIZE FOR YOUR CHILD. THE DIMENSIONS BELOW ARE BODY DIMENSIONS. THEY ARE NOT GARMENT MEASUREMENTS.

WHAT IS A TOG RATING?
Temperature of Garment (TOG) describes the warmth of the item. The bag may be used to replace top bedding, so when choosing the item please consider the ambient temperature and the child's clothing.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, we can have it reset for you. You will then receive an email with details on how to change your password.
- You will need to enter your email (the one you used when you first purchased) and click on “forgotten your password” in the checkout/login registration.
- A new password and instructions will be sent to your email address immediately.
- On receiving your “confirmation password” email you may change it and continue shopping straight away.
For your own security, we will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

AM I ABLE TO PURCHASE WITHOUT PROVIDING MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
For online purchases we require your email address for the following reasons: -
- To enable us to send you a confirmation email with your order details
- To record your details and save you time for your return visit to our website

HOW DO I SEND A GIFT OF LOTUS LINENS BAMBOO RANGES TO SOMEONE?
To send your order as a gift, simply fill in the name and delivery details of the recipient of your gift in the delivery address section. You can also include a personal message, which can be written within the checkout area of our website. This message will be enclosed with your gift purchase.
As a gifts for a newborn we recommend buying either a 3-6 month or 6-9 month in a style which can be worn alone or underneath other garments. This will give the baby something to grow into and no matter what the size of at birth (big or small!). They will also get more wear out of it than say a 0-3 months which as any new parent knows – a baby grows out of very quickly!
HOW DO I PAY?
Lotus Linens accept the following methods of payments:

For non credit card orders, we will dispatch your order once payment is received. We accept cheques, bank cheques, money orders and direct deposit to our bank account. Cheques are required to be cleared prior to dispatching your order. Please contact us at lotuslinens@iinet.net.au to make the necessary arrangements.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. For orders delivered outside Australia GST is removed at the 'order confirmation' stage of check out.
For overseas buyers, your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and converted into the relevant currencies by your financial institution.
