RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Lotus Linens will accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed product for full refund or exchange from a purchase on our website within 14 days of order date. We do our best to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will credit your original method of payment; excluding delivery (unless the product is faulty or not as ordered) Proof of purchase, such as a copy of your original receipt or gift receipt is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy.  We cannot accept direct returns for items purchased through a retailer.

 POSTAGE & DELIVERY

This site uses Australia Post on-line parcel calculator. Some of Lotus Linens items are light but bulky and the calculator provides a charge based the volume not the weight eg a TOG 2.5 sleeping bag can be folded to fit a 3kg parcel or express post satchel.  If you think the postage charge is too high please email your order to lotuslinens@iinet.net.au stating your preferred delivery (regular, registered or express post) and payment method (EFT, credit card, paypal) and we will invoice you direct.

Please note that we will deliver to your business or residential address. We cannot accept any responsibility for deliveries to Post Office boxes.
Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery of goods.
